i fitted a pair of Maxxis Ardent UST tyres well over a month ago with the intention of injecting the stans fluid in the very next morning
… i still havnt got round to it and theyre still hard despite riding over a couple of hundred off road miles! 🙂
agreed they size up smallish, but i love my prophet, the Prophet sl has a 190mm shock for even slacker angles, had mine down to 22-23lb , some nice variations on MTBR, … MTBR, post your prophet
i say there are better/cheaper alternatives,
even on a very clean very smooth surface it lacks grip …
eg, Silicone Sealant adheres 100x better and is loads cheaper
