Not sure of the state of the road but its been dug up recently, Im sure you could ride most of the way as they still require vehicle access for normal operation.
If you want a big climb try and ride up to the old manod quarry from ffestiniog, very steep tarmac up to a dead end. It’s where the national gallery was located during the war.m

Agree with Dyls, from point 24 head down the Steep Quarry Inclinde down to Cwm Penmachno, It’s a superb downhill. It’s also shown in the video for the new Wales 360 from( 10 Seconds ) onwards.

Not sure about stwlan dam, there is some work going on by the hydropower company and parts of the road had  been dug up.  Check out the climb to manod quarry opposite  side of the valley, starts from ffestiniog.

There is also marchlyn dam climb  similar to stwlan.

    Road bike climbs.

I get headaches after long rides but after 20 years or so have put it down to sinus pains, must be exposure to cold air which sets it off. The simptoms can be similar for migrane and sinus.

Also get headaches almost every monday, put that down to irregular sleep at weekend.

Take a look at the HSE asbestos essentials task manual, gives good practical advise as to what the HSE class as licenced and non licenced work. Looks like you are going about it the correct way so far.

You van may not be old enough to develop a crack in the alternator due to corrosion. Check all the hoses could be a small amount of air entering and messing up the sensors readings.

Fit h&r springs with 40mm drop, does the job less body roll and feels like a load of about 200kg. Uprated ARB would be icing on the cake.

Some DIY car audio hobbyists use choke coils with car audio systems (specifically in the wiring for a subwoofer, to remove high frequencies from the amplified signal).

Yeah it’s got the same turbo, same ancillaries everything. Your right the 140 and 170 aren’t quite the same – not the case in the t5

Really? Not what this thread suggests.

    http://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/anybody-know-if-the-vw-t5-84ps-is-the-same-engine-as-the-102ps

Above not correct the 84 T5 also has a variable vane turbo. Engine is the same as the 102.

If the wheel and tyre profile is that big you will also be putting an increased load on the drivetrain. Are they range rover wheels and tyres.

Take the ply off, due to the thickness of the carpet you may have to take off a few mm so the panel follows the profile of the van.
I used some fake alcantara on the existing roof panels, purchased at a vw show.
If you carry passengers in the back in summer openable window vents will help with ventilation.

Recently sold a well specd nukeproof scalp for £790 took about a month to sell, due to fees I would have had to get about £900 on ebay.
Sometimes the same bikes are on eBay so you can cross reference the two and offer less on pinkbike.
Purchased a 650b v10 locally from pinkbike a few weeks later.

Could be the new PPI, give all owners £2-3K off a new car.
In time all other makes could be part of the same ( forced) Scheme.

I read that most PPI compensation money for car loans went to trade up.
