My missus played by the rules and went for McNulty. A mate’s wife played a wildcard and went for Chris Partlow. Worrying.

To summarise some good points made on this thread :

    Start at series 1.
It’s best taken three episodes at a time.
You’ve got around 60 hours of viewing to get through, so plan ahead.
Do not look up anything on Youtube, IMDB, anywhere unless you want to proper spoil things for yourself.
    Best tv series ever, etc.

If the include is in a header (.h) file, then it will be included (or at least opened) by every file that includes the initial header file.

Including it in the c file means that it is only included within that file.

It’s good practice to be explicit with your includes, and restrict includes within header files to ones that are absolutely necessary (and then explicitly guard them). Compile times on large projects can be be greatly reduced by careful .include management.

Something more along the lines of that new Stanton frame, but made out of cheaper steel so it would come in around the £250 mark. I reckon you’d do it proud. Bit like a cross between the Holeshot & the Alpine.

    Shelf – No worries, anytime.

    Al2000 – High 5 fella, well spotted!!

Ha ha – nice one! Excellent work spotting it and posting it up!

This is brilliant news, really pleased you’ve got your bike back Shelf.

I’m Sheffield born and bred and although I no longer live there, I pay attention to any stolen bikes as still got family and friends up there.

The Yeti stuck in my mind as I know the area it was nicked from well, (and I like Yeti Arc’s – they’re very nice) so it rang bells as soon as Whos_Daddy posted it.

Looks like seller thinks they are mens – he even states they are the wrong size for him.

Sounds like an honest mistake, but they are clearly listed incorrectly.

Dunno about Lyriks (other than u-turn, of course) but my 36 Floats are set at 130mm. Changing the travel just needs spacers, and a bit of dismantling.

I’ve got some 140 ones – they’re great. Decent weight, decent stiffness and plush plush plush like my old Z1’s.

Also replaced a Pike with them – no regrets whatsoever.

That’s London for you. Here in the provinces, we buy them in paper.

Also nearish – Derby. Couple of friends have had frames done here, and they did a decent job.

The new forks are great – my 44RC3’s are fantastic. I guess the years when they went to sh1t did so much damage to their reputation that they couldn’t recover. Sad news.

Not full blown corporate b0llocks, but my former boss once informed us that we ‘need to be singing from the same boat on this one’.

    Sage advice, I think.

I like my Lusso Roubaix bib 3/4s – previous pair lasted six years, just ordered some new ones.

    Stylish* and practical.

    * Not stylish.

I used to have a lucky white riding top, which had to be thrown away as the blood wouldn’t wash out of it after a while.

Torminalis – that’s part of it. Couple that with PC’s being a pain to develop for (differences between cards, driver issues etc) and it’s just not cost effective.

Most developers will have a PC versions of their games running, but solely to use as a development platform. Going from that to a retail version is where the work is.

Recently downloaded some of the DiY sets from Castlemorton – Digs And Whoosh, Jack, and Pezz. Superb stuff, although some of the mixing suggests they’d been up for a while..

Anyway, some classic tunes on there including this one :

some god stuff on the thread folks.
I still have half of it on vinyl , is it worth anything ?

Some of it might be, but probably not these days. Have a look on discogs.com.

If you’ve got a copy of this though, then it will be worth a lot..

I’ve got 2011 36 Talas RLC (regular coating, not magical unicorn goo) and there is a fair bit of stiction and small bump not brilliant, but on the whole they’re good. Took a lot of tweaking air pressure and LSC to get them to where they are, but I’m happy with them.

That said.. the travel adjust is really handy on long climbs. If it wasn’t for that, I’d have them converted to Floats as there is a significant difference.
