Spinach and ricotta canneloni with way too much garlic bread.. I actually prefer the veggie canneloni to beef which feels way too heavy and rich.

roast dinner (pork chop was the meat) filled me up at the time – but feel hungry now – why does a roast tea never keep me feeling ‘filled’ for long?

We weren’t feeling hungry so just had the rest of last night’s homemade rice pudding. Then I decided I actually was hungry now so have just had a cheese, onion and tommie toastie. So, rice pudding followed by a toasted sandwich – which is just wrong.

Yup, Tilapia is a fish. Sains and Waitrose have them on their fish counters.
