Anyone else getting these emails? Just had my second. First one really freaked me a bit as they had my full name, email and phone number, but as always the lame content gave it away as just a scam. They must be trawling all the password lists from PlusNet/BA etc and just generating millions of emails hoping 0.1% cough up.

Their rates are going up, first email wanted $1000, now he wants  $2000…

I know XXXXX is your pass. Lets get directly to the purpose. You may not know me and you’re probably wondering why you are getting this e mail? Absolutely no one has paid me to investigate you.

actually, I actually placed a software on the xxx vids (porn material) web-site and there’s more, you visited this website to experience fun (you know what I mean). When you were viewing video clips, your internet browser began working as a Remote control Desktop with a keylogger which gave me access to your display screen and web camera. Immediately after that, my software obtained all of your contacts from your Messenger, Facebook, as well as emailaccount. After that I made a double-screen video. 1st part displays the video you were watching (you have a nice taste haha), and 2nd part shows the view of your cam, yeah its you.

You will have not one but two options. Why dont we review each of these choices in details:

First choice is to neglect this message. In this case, I will send out your actual video clip to each of your your personal contacts and also just consider concerning the awkwardness that you receive. And as a consequence should you be in an intimate relationship, exactly how it can affect?

In the second place solution would be to pay me $2000. We will name it as a donation. As a consequence, I will quickly eliminate your videotape. You can keep everyday life like this never took place and you never will hear back again from me.

You’ll make the payment via Bitcoin (if you don’t know this, search “how to buy bitcoin” in Google).

BTC Address to send to: 16SWz5M5PeHw7KWCeMJx6ci1QWb15Drscv
    [CASE-sensitive copy & paste it]

Should you are making plans for going to the authorities, well, this message can not be traced back to me. I have covered my steps. I am not looking to ask you for a huge amount, I just want to be paid.

You have one day to pay. I’ve a special pixel in this email, and now I know that you have read this mail. If I don’t receive the BitCoins, I will send your video to all of your contacts including relatives, coworkers, etc. Nonetheless, if I receive the payment, I will destroy the recording right away. If you need proof, reply with Yup! then I will certainly send your video recording to your 11 friends. This is the non:negotiable offer, therefore do not waste my time and yours by responding to this email message.

“I” got one a couple of months ago. I say “I”, it was sent to the contact address for a running club that redirects to me. I suspect there’s a bot that looks for contact pages and scrapes email addresses from those.

I have many unique email addresses & they keep coming through to my old zoosk one, so I guess zoosk was hacked at some point to get names, emails, passwords etc.

Ignore & keep fapping I say.

The secret is to be such a nasty pervert that if your indiscretions were to be revealed that you would actually get off on it and knock one out. That way such messages hold absolutely no fear to you.

    Just ignore …

Nobody cares if you are watching adult pron (legal type) as it is all over the web … nobody cares if you spank your monkey while enjoying the pron at your own time.  You are human after all.

When I was working in the far east one of my colleague was spanking his monkey during lunch hour while watching pron (dial up connection in those days) as nobody was in the office except him, and when I walked in he quickly tried to pretend he was doing something else … I tried to keep a straight face but could have capitalised on that by telling all the lads for a good laugh. 😀  Oh ya … I tried to avoid using the same computer or keyboard after that.

I’d take option 1. Everyone knows I’m a master bater anyway.

It’s quite a cunning fraud using one of the many dumped password lists. https://haveibeenpwned.com/ will most likely show where they’re getting the data from.

The 2nd one just had a first name, email and password I use for sites where I don’t care if it gets cracked. The first one had much more info, so from a more sophisticated attack where they got whole user account details e.g. BA.com where everything was compromised. Some of my ‘don’t care’ user names and passwords have been showing up in the haveibeenpwned for years, but only started getting these blackmail emails recently – must be a new scam someone has dreamt up.

The blackmail text is remarkably unsophisticated, I reckon if they named a porn site (eg one of the major free to view sites which get billions of views per week), they’d have a better chance as odds are the target will have visited it.

An identical thread was started a few months back.

Are people saying they have not spanked their monkey or have not seen pron before?  If that is the case then those people who have not done so are not normal.  These are people who can be more dangerous than normal people.  Most adults would have seen adult pron one time or another in their life.  Spanking monkey is normal if you watch adult legit pron.

Nah, I was trying to find the other thread… as I said in that one, if your contacts were actually to receive a video from an unknown source, of you beating your meat to some porn, who would really watch it?

They’d send a still pic of you mid spank if it was real.

Its a guilt scam used to play on the guilty monkey spankers.

First rule of internet spank club is to make sure your face and monkey aren’t in shot together ,then you can say it’s not you and you’ve been digitally added.

Its always fun to go to https://haveibeenpwned.com.  No matter how careful you are someone’s site will have been hacked before

its a higher quality scam than usual and will catch people but less than before

edit: oh, and nice monkey btw

    In the office? 😀

That’s my work colleague that is …

If he was amongst me mates the lads would have a field day announcing to the entire pub to blackmail him for a drink. The story would go on and on and on … until a drink is presented. 😀

I had this and it could have only referred to me on Strava, I immediately paid up as I didn’t want people to know my murky online habits.

We had that email on the office computer. Frau Stern was getting quite worried about it for some reason until I pointed out that the computer doesn’t even have a web cam!😎

They are optimistic if they think the average fapper can work out how to acquire and send bitcoin in 24hrs.
