    Hi

I’ve just installed a new Revelation fork and I’m a little confused as the poploc seems to be opposite to my Sid forks on my other bike, is that right?

To explain more, with the poploc off the forks are locked, and engaging the poploc turn the lock off. Ie. if I completely disconnect the cable the forks are locked.

Seems strange? It means you can’t run the forks without the poploc, unless you want to ride with rigid forks.

Anyone else have the same forks and is this normal?

    Thanks

Seems strange. Have you got every thing fitted correctly? My 2012 rev RLT’s work in the opposite way. If I ditch the pop lock lever I have no lock out.

That’s how the 2013 models run by the looks of it. Found the same thing myself last week. Gonna give them a few rides to see how I get on. Was intending to run them open without the poplock
if I don’t like it they will be off to loco for a retro fit Crown mount lockout

Yep I found that out earlier having left the lockout off as I never use it. Seems a bit mad if it fails locked out.

Thanks. Think I may convert to crown mount too.
