Anyone know the origins of this, i.e what was this woman so angry about?
She regularly pops up in posts shared by facebook 'friends'. The 'hilarious' memes are always sexist.

I found mention of the image being a screen grab an anti-Trump rally video but can't find the actual video.
Obviously, as she has short hair, she must be lesbian and therefore a man-hating feminist, yes?

I believe the screen capture is from a video of an anti-trump demonstration that took place during the election campaign.

Yep, the photo shows somebody who is in the middle of facial expression that looks angry. That is what you can take from the photo. People have applied meaning to it, unless the person in question has commented about that nobody really knows.
How does it become a reused meme? The sites that let you easily create these store the pics for other people to use, so once it has a bit of a following it will come up more and more often.

Given its origins I suspect it started as an 'own the libs' thing that spread amongst the pepe the frog community and then further afield.
