Has anyone brewed with homegrown hops? Recall a couple of people doing this ont the big brew thread.
I harvested some in my garden today - they're only in their second year, but there's enough for a couple of brews.
Drying them, however, seems like a lot of hassle for a relatively small amount. Is there an easy way of doing this and is it worthwhile?
Thinking it might be best to just brew with them as is - I guess you would need to add substantially more than usual to take into account the 'wet weight'.
