Anyone know of any cheap but reliable suppliers of battery cells for rebuilding power tool packs?

I used these a few years ago for Bosch cordless pack rebuilds – still working fine.

Not a bad idea snaps, but the savings aren’t huge.

New battery £41.98 inc. P&P (and I get to keep the old pack to save any of the good cells), cheapest 18v re-cell £30 plus £4.48 Recorded Signed for Royal Mail (850g battery pack weight) to get it there. £7.50 saving.

The beauty of just rebuilding your own packs is that not all the cells are duff, so in my case, from three failed packs, I’ll probably have enough cells to make two good ones, and just need new cells for the third.

Still, I’ve saved that site just in case!
