    both appear to he the same damper layout.. so I’d assume yes.

    Yes, Mojo will do it with a service http://www.mojo.co.uk/fitupgrade.html
    If you’re feeling very flush they’ll even swap out the stanchions for Kashima as well.

    You mean I could send my 9mm, open bath ,non kashima forks upgraded to 15mm, ctd fit cartridge, kashima forks?Woohoo….where do I sign 😉

    This. I was well aware that FIT upgrades are available.

    Funnily enough, I am sure that buying all of the parts for a 32 RLC fork is cheaper than buying the fork was. Below (except for bushings) are Mojo parts prices, likely you can get a touch cheaper from some of the independent tuners:
    Lowers: 170
    Kashima CSU: 166
    FIT Damper: 151
    Float spring: 75
    Bushings: 45 (this is loco tuning price)

    £600ish for all that lot.

    Just email mojo and ask, they probably would since it’s just an internals swap with a different external control. Unlikely to be cheap, but I’m sure you know that already.
