2 doorsteps of eggy bread with maple syrup, bacon and salted caramel ice cream, all washed down with oodles of fizzy wine about half an hour ago. Prior to that I hadn't risked anything above tea, painkillers and mouth sick. Got pro level heartburn now.

Bacon sandwich, on white, no sauce, and coffee - served seperately to the sandwich). Today is clearing the house of bad stuff like beer and chocolate - the health starts tomorrow.

I have a feeling the champagne last night was off, either that or mixing it with beer and cider was a mistake

On my stag do, barman insisted champagne and vodka was a cocktail. THAT was a mistake.

Skipped Breakfast as I was a bit hungover and still full from eating a steak the size of the yellow pages the night before.

Made some Disney Frozen cupcakes with the youngest about 11 and had one of those, the fun was in the cooking ๐Ÿ™

I didn't put any thought into it-toast with a bit of cheddar.

Last breakfast of 2016 was a slab of Christmas cake.

Smoked salmon poached eggs muffin hollandaise = eggs [s]Benedict[/s] Royale

FTFY. Benedict would be with ham.

I had a similarly upmarket breakfast, a sausage and egg mcmuffin meal. Made upmarket with an extra hashbrown.

Ours was fashioned from a post-Christmas leftovers sweep of the fridge but was still a bit posh.

Smoked trout, scrambled eggs and chargrilled artichokes on a toasted M&S boule.

All actually worked really nicely together. Will make again.
