Just got a call from some bloomin' windows firm asking what I wanted to upgrade in my home........asked her to wait a moment, she's now listening to 100% Christmas (currently Bing Crosby) first CD to hand

It sounds like the friendliness part of your personality could do with an upgrade to be honest with you. What ever happened to politeness and common courtesy? I mean come on, she's only trying to make a living!

Surely a UPVC "extension" would chaffe somewhat?
