FWIW, when my lad was born in the summer of 2008 it was the worst summer I can recall so I didn't particularly feel I was missing out...

I had about 4 really bad days where I could keep nothing down and do nothing other than lie on the sofa feeling sorry for myself. Most of them at weekends though thankfully, I went home from work one day, having had to rush to the loo to throw up - when there was a client in there. Professional 😉
Mostly though it's just been all day nausea and random gagging rather than actual sickness. Seems to be pretty much gone now though.

I think George dreams of days like that. She thought she would be OK, and then between Christmas and New Year it really hit her, so she hasn't actually been back to work since Christmas.
In her case, I think it needs to be re-named "morning, noon and night" sickness...!
