The cameraman is a bloke I used to know in South Wales, he is filming in Washington DC at the BP hearings.
The cop is a bit of a dick considering there is a guy filming behind him.

Pigface - you can only share it with the wider world if he wants you to. Unless you rip it and put it on youtube against his wishes.
