The Mrs went in for her annual appraisal today and at the end the boss asked her to sign a new contract. She didn't sign there and then as she smelt a rat i.e. probable changes in terms and conditions etc etc so has taken it home with her so I/we can have a look through to see what they've changed from when she 1st joined.
If she doesn't like what they are offering does she have to sign to keep her job?

Did they outline what the changes in the contract were and why they were changing her contract? Did they say whether she could refuse to sign and continue to work under the old contract?
