wowzers! that will never be beat, i thought id done well with 8 the other day!
i thought id got a good strategy, started well this morning but soon fell apart. needs more thought.
strategy was to use as few letters as poss with first goes by repeating as much as poss, so.....

Should have had it in two but wasn't concentrating n and put a yellow letter in the same place on guesses 1 & 2.
My 8 yr old son came home from school yesterday saying they had been shown Wordle in class and so was keen to have a go today. The little bugger also got it in 3 goes!
His choice of words tells you a lot about how 8yr old boys brains work I think!

tried really hard to not use any letters and got 4 guesses out the way, but then it all goes to pot when youve not got many left to choose from, even with just 1 letter on the 5th guess.

Well, if it's any consolation, it makes me feel a bit better about some of my attempts.
That's sort of the addictive thing about this one, doing "better" at this than Wordle.
