Family things going so need to be ready to move if I get a phone call, have some good friends in the area doing a road ride so going to drive out and meet them at different spots to get my mind off things.

Not a cloud in the sky up here see if it beats yesterdays high of 17C.

Had a lovely fast spin around the twisty trails in Stanmer Woods, home of the Brighton Big Dog. Soooo nice now that most of the mud has dried up. Singletrackalicious ๐Ÿ™‚

Two hours trundling around Princetown and Burrator. First proper ride in nearly 6 months. Lost communication with legs. Lungs somewhere near Princetown.

How can I possibly be this unfit? On the bright side, it was warm and sunny and I had an icecream. ๐Ÿ™‚

nice techy stretch of cheeky SW coast path and a whole heap of woodbury common done..

30+ offroad miles on two slices of white toast and a litre of tap water is not to be recommended though
