Personally I'd question your maturity in this and as an unknowing stranger I'd say - be kind, move on. At the very very least do not consider getting pregnant again. With some brutal honesty and maturity you may be able to handle this.

At no point has the Op inferred he loves the woman. That she means so much to him that he is willing to attempt to spend the rest of his life with her, getting old, becoming one. The language used suggests they're just filling in time in the absence of a proper relationship.
Although, for anyone at uni, even mature students, relationships are a difficult issue as marriage and kids is "in the future".
