Depends if the phone is unlocked. At most it should be 10-15 quid unlock fee from Orange (if not free)

Other way round; T-Mobile will be able to unlock the phone, not Orange.

Depends on the phone. Some of the newer ones work fine with both...

I'm no expert on iDevices, but I thought the iPhones were [i]always [/i]locked (unless you've bought them handset-only)?
