I think he needs to be under the care of a psychologist personally to work through his issues with everything, but he pretty much won’t do anything we suggest and is seemingly only interested in ‘natural’ approaches.
What's unnatural about a psychologist?

Having known some where to start.....
Disproving it seems just as difficult as proving it
It depends on the exact claims being made but it often can be eg if someone says they can feel the wifi routers deathrays then you can do a experiment where someone else turns it on and off over an hour or so whilst you check how they are feeling(need the third party so you dont give things away subconsciously)
Pretty hard to do for the entire house though and for a smart metre although during the day I guess you could turn the power of at the mains which would probably disable it. Would need careful design to make sure there is nothing else to give the game away but in theory possible.
Disproving it seems just as difficult as proving it. (My cousin says they have lots of scientific papers supporting it) though really you can find ‘evidence’ of whatever you want on the internet it seems.
Not really. If something really exists, you can probably prove its existence, but importantly, the burden of proof is on the person that claims the thing exists. It's not on the rest of us to disprove every crackpot theory.
It might also be worth clarifying that there isn't any other condition that could be causing this. Sick building syndrome is a thing. Spores related to damp / mould and / or carbon monoxide.

These sorts of things don't work because the person is so invested in their story that they can't see it disproved. There will always be a reason why your methodology is inadequate. Their story is more important to them and overrides any cognitive @dissonance 😛

Sorry, yes I meant more in terms of not going down a mainstream doctor/medication/therapy route that he prefers to self-diagnose, which can obviously lead to obsession with whatever matches or vaguely matches your symptoms.
I think he has a general mistrust of mainstream medicine, which of course is something usually 'touted' by practitioners of alternatives.
How does he feel about mobile phones?
Switches them off for 99% of the day apparently. Will very briefly turn it on to check now and again.
