those buttons that help you post links or pics or embolden text etc etc. why dont they always appear on my computer? do i need a new add-on or java wotsit?

same here (at work) I blame our poxy proxy server and crappy IE6

If you read a post, and then log in once you have read to the bottom, you may need to refresh the page to let the browser load the 'reply here' bit at the bottom.
