Came accross this on eBay whilst searching for automobilia -

It's a V5 for a scrapped car and currently bids at over £100. So guessing this is something illegal? Can't be that collectable can it?

To give a new identity to a stolen car or a shit replica built from scrap. It’s one of the reasons a mk1 escort rs shell with a tree growing through it will go for daft money if it has a v5.
