Why do I have to be on an 'anytime 4, online, pay upfront, blah, blah, blah' - why can't the utilities just have a price per minute, btu, kw, cubic metre or whatever [b]and that's it[/b]. I'd then be able to easily compare them and choose the cheapest... Oh I see .
