A 98% polyester sport coat. I'm not sure why I thought it would be a good idea, but it isn't. It's really shit.

Packet of incontinence pads, wrongly delivered, will have to wander down to the old-folks home and drop them off.

I have a subscription for dog poo bags and some arrived today. And by coincidence some dog food. I'm covering both ends...

I’m covering both ends…

A both impressive and highly risky feat of gymnastics.

@nickc - be honest, you've bought some Crocs 🙂

Coffee filter papers.  But they are unbleached and unglued so can go into the compost after use - which I think is quite exciting.

I should get out more

Some packaging samples. So envelopes in an envelope. In a moment of utter idiocy I gave my home address to various packaging suppliers during lockdown.

Who’s had the least exciting delivery this week then?

I've mostly been delivering regulatory awareness training this week focused on PRA, FCA and ICOBs.

Do I win a prize?

Non delivery

The excitement in this one was thinking it was actually going to arrive.

A secondhand sea kayak (2 person).
Just need to find an Edinburgh flat with a community stairwell, with enough space to store it in.
I have one on the short list that a friend recommended, he stored his cargo bike there for a while. 😉 😜

A pair of slippers that have a rubberised sole so I can go outside in them

Don't do it. Slippers should not be worn outside. It may seem harmless and convenient to wear them outdoors BUT there is a small but nonetheless finite chance that said slippers may trek through some cat poo which then comes back inside and on a merry tour of the house, resulting eventually in much wailing and gnashing of teeth not to mention the wholesale removal of one particularly redolent carpet.

Do not ask me how I know this.

A set of new seals for the bedroom window.

2 new car key batteries, only needed one but I like to live in the fast lane & be wholly prepared.

I bought a double pack of Energiser ones for my car key when it was 3 years old as backups and kept them in the glovebox. The original key is still on its original battery at 10 years old (the spare key fob still works too despite never leaving the packet!), the spare batteries I bought got chucked out last month as one started to leak and the Best Before date on the packet was 2019!

New BBQ cover, as the recent wind finally finished shredding the old one.  Even I (and I love deliveries) could not get any enthusiasm up for it arriving.
