Having (evidently) wasted much of today....opened bar at 10pm; yakima pilsner from vocation brewery then a very interesting italian white from 2006 - for the wine snobs it's a bianco besler from dolomiti.
For eats - plaice, baby potatoes & peas.
Currently enjoying some cheese and port, Port was all the alcohol I could get for a sensible price delivered when in isolation last week. Its taking the edge off my sciatica nicely after 5 cans of beer.
My bar is back fully open - 48 tins of 54 Degrees North lager and 8 bottles of Riggwelter beer delivered directly from the Black Sheep Brewery in Masham.
That should keep me going until the weekend.
I'll tell you what...

I'd drunk for 10 straight days just out of habit up til Sunday so decided I'd knock it on the head til Thurs as that's the start of the weekend 😉 About to make a spag bol and feel a nice beer would help make the prep/cook a more pleasant experience. No will power whatsoever.

Raided the dregs of the garage store to celebrate the end of a week long endurance of fence painting, 36 ltrs slapped on fence and shed.

OH brews beer, we saw the last bottle off last night between us but we've got a barrel of the stuff to get through yet. It's around 5.5% and jolly good.
