Yep. and my boss is coming in to discuss something important. Which means I really ought to read the 50+ page judgment beforehand.

Joy.

Just left the office at dead on 6pm and heading home, usually spend Xmas and NY back in the UK so today has been a shock to the system, I feel that maybe a new job with a western style company is on the cards for 2014!
Happy New Year an I hope the working days fly's.

Again yes, again by choice (saving holiday for the summer). Trying, and failing, not to get distracted by IGN 3532OT which is the basis of one of my Alpine summer trips. ๐Ÿ™‚

Working at home again, and still reading RFP responses. Thank god for my new coffee maker and a very heavily pregnant wife who finds making cakes helps her nesting instincts.

Me!

I'm prepared though, I sneaked the PS3 into the office and it is now under my desk for a little tea-break GTAV action.

Mind you, more people from my team in today, so it's less lonely than yesterday.

Should have been in this morning until 3pm, but, guess what? The tossers have decided I need to be there between 4pm and midnight...... no leave available for my birthday on Thursday, and just so I can't organise a night out on Friday to celebrate instead, they want me in at 7am on Saturday instead of the 3pm start I was originally rostered for. Very little by way of festive cheer chez Goat. ๐Ÿ™

I'm at work in the Midlands today, and I move to London tomorrow and start my new job on the 2nd. Spare a thought for how I'll be feeling packing up my belongings after the heavy session tonight.

including this thread about a woman who is married to a downhill mtber with an 11 week old child annoyed by her husband who can't help with the kid because of an injury sustained from MTBing. So which one of you is it? *looks around accusingly*

I'm in. Thoughts are turning to a jar or more at lunch.

HDQ, The Ship (the one in the alley) or The Counting House?

Votes?

theres 4 people in my sight on this floor of the office, the building can easily take a few hundred so it feels a bit like a graveyard. I did a 15 miles ride to work, taking it easy and will do the scenic route home and home time should be about 3pm. the internet servers are getting hit badly by me, killing time. tick tock.
