Obama

A Culture Mind

Or.... Mike Brierley

If choosing an ex PM I think I'd bring back Attlee for this gig.

Joey Barton or Danny dyer. Soon be sorted with a quick headbutt and a few choice words. Virus won't know what hit it.

Of our current leaders i'd choose Nicola Sturgeon (yeah I'm scottish but she's been far more decisive than boris, and id trust her to look after the population.

Of our recent past leaders i'd trust Tony Blair/Gordon Brown to do a better job than Boris (just forget the ****in war argument for one minute)

Of "dead pure fantasy" leaders id trust a conglomeration of Keir Hardie, Aneurin Bevin, Donald Dewar, John Smith -

Some great options.

I reckon we have the makings of a fantastic cabinet in here.

Clement Attlee

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a winner. Best PM ever.

After seeing their respective addresses to the nation tonight

Is there any chance that we could swap bozo for Macron?

Macron has talked the talk but no action....yet.
I go back, again, to my initial response - Gordon Brown & Alistair Darling.
They talked and acted; built a global consensus and made things happen; took responsibility.
No sign of that from any of the current politicos.

I think we need to have a woman in charge of this clean up!

And if we are all in agreement.........

Nicola Sturgeon is doing quite well. She is way more capable than that Westminster lot.

David Miliband?

There are a whole load of “failed” politicians I’d rather see in a position to do things than the current highly “successful” ones.

Surely it's now time for Lisa Simpson in the states.

I'd have Gordon Brown and Alistair Darling back, or failing that Maggie's puppet from Spitting Image, should be more convincing than de Pfeffel...

Darth Vader.

Unlikely to happen though as he is currently self isolating due to a pre existing respiratory condition.

Kim and/or Aggie if we can get them to talk to each other if not either would do a better job.
The ultimate gig clean the country.

Increasingly thinking that our next PM will be Jeremy Hunt, before we get to another general election.

I'm no Boris fan but he seems to be doing what he should and listening to the experts and allowing changes in plan as the situation evolves.

Well old Mystic Unt has at least been sounding vaguely sensible over the last couple of days, but I don't think he has enough distance from the junior doctors and working hours thing. That will probably (rightly) come back to haunt him if he gets all high and mighty.

Gordon Brown. And not Just for his leadership. Struggling retailers have been complaining that the government doesn't have a plan for supporting the economy as coherent as the one Gordon Brown had back in 2008.

Pierre Trudeau, together with Jean Chretien and Lloyd Axworthy (all members of the Trudeau Cabinet through the 1970s and early 1980s).

Failing that, Captain Staros from Thin Red Line.

Changed my mind actually. Freddie Starr. We’d still be screwed but would have a riot along the way.

Changed my mind as well....Ken Dodd gets the nod from me. (though maybe not different enough to what we have at present.)
