Only 50 here (51 next month), though I did take my dad for a ride on some single track last summer to celebrate his 80th. He loved it 🙂

They were talking about Shane McGowan on the today programme and he's apparently 60. Still got all his own teeth. I say "his" - he paid for them so they're his. I was at uni with one of the other Pogues.

63 here and still as keen as ever to ride mountain bikes, off out today in the cold and wind. The past year has seen age begin to catch up with me, but that only seems to fire my enthusiasm to milk every last moment for fun

So all mostly around 60 plus, and no longer riding bikes for a lot of you, just talking about memories of bike rides.

I was 53 yesterday and judging by the number of care home and funeral feeds I get on my FB feeds, nudging my way feet-first to a hole in the ground! I'm off to do a 66km ultra in the arctic next month - and amongst one of this year's objectives is to do a sub-3hr marathon, provided I can stay injury-free.

63, riding a ebike now, road based Trek Super Commuter, about 70 miles a week at the moment.

Still thinking about getting back out on the trails as I miss it so much.

Would have to be fire roads now though, body can't take the pounding anymore.

Nearly had the full-on cure for aging this morning.

A stupid bitch coming round an open corner on my side of of the road (fully over the white line). She had the low sun full in her face and had her eyes screwed 90% shut to avoid being blinded.
I had to ride into a ditch to avoid being ****ted.
She carried blindly on.

I sat there in the muddy water shaking for ten minutes.

I've got a bad cold, can only hear out of one ear, and really want to be home in bed - so I think I'm about 93.

63 in March, in training for Jennride, mightily impressed by anyone doing the Strathpuffer this weekend especially if over 60 and double for over 70.

CountZero and Hodgynd are well old aren’t they?
i’m a splrightly 54 in just a few weeks

Cheeky git! 😀
64 this year, g/f is 52. Haven’t ridden for a few years, a low-speed off has resulted in osteoarthritis in two places in my left knee, so I’ve lost my confidence because I don’t know why the bike went out out from under me, both wheels went sideways and I hit my knee, face and head.
Still got the bikes, though, so maybe I can find some knee armour that doesn’t press and cause discomfort and ride again.

There's an old saying that you are only as old as (the woman ) you feel ..which makes me 10 years younger than you mate 😉 😀
