Humphries doesn't have a nose in the air voice at all to my ear.

Ive heard loads of posh voices in my time, but one stands out head and shoulders above all others.....Brian Sewell.(as others have pointed out already)
Every time I heard him speak, I just cringed, it was sooo awful!
