I just bought a draper equivalent for £19 from Amazon - may be enough for your requirements?

I've got the Black & Decker Dremel-a-like, does the job for me (even if they have discontinued the damn batteries).

Black and Decker do a rotary tool that is, imho and having had a Dremel, better than a Dremel - the RT650. Mains powered, if that matters.`
