Going to see the father in law for a couple of days in berwick. Last couple of times we went up there he took us to some "average" places. Just after good pub grub etc nothing mega fancy.

I'm afraid that the majority of it is pretty grim. The nicer places are near the bottom of town, though.

A friend of mine lives there and goes to the pub on the north side of town - just next to the roundabout on the A1 next to Morrisons cant remember the name.

There was the Rob Roy Seafood Restaurant had a good name but im not sure anymore.

Was there a couple of months ago and was disappointed by the lack of places to eat.

However, Foxtons on Hide Hill was very good as was the chinese place on Marygate overlooking the Town Hall.
