Appart from Gumtree are there any web-sites/ places that are good to advertise on in peoples experience?
I own the house so is more as a lodger.
Also heard there are some web-sites where you advertise the room to rent for Mon-Fri to professionals working in the area but from elsewhere in the country!

Nope not looking for students! Just wondered if there were any other good websites like gumtree?
