Stile Cop downhill mostly. Red run is really fun, got brave enough to try some of the bigger drops rather than riding the small ones/chicken runs all the time like I used to ๐Ÿ™‚ I also went along to the monkey for a few loops of the lower cliff climb/descent.

10 miles on the road to work, and I've just got back in after doing a 20 mile extended run back. Going in was blighted by the knowledge I was going into work, and coming home was abit dark and chilly, but was a short shift and I'm just having a rather large cheeky whisky...magic darts ๐Ÿ™‚

Wonderful day in beautiful weather doing a 6 hr epic, around the South Weald: Mainly Tilgate and Horsham. Lots of getting lost in woods with no trails that I decided I would blaze through, and a great pub dinner when I met Mrs Z later on. Sometimes it nice to ride on your own I have decided. But only sometimes.

Today, I have mainly ridden from Paris to London Village by ZZR 11... almost cracked the 94k mark. All sunny and warm,,, Life is good.

Life is better after a few beers, food and excellent coffee in The Bridge, Kirkland Rd, London.. a kooky Turkish Cypriot bar/coffee/food emporium.

Monday, about 72km round the local lanes and bridleways.
A bit too much tarmac really, but I was trying to link up as many bridleways as I could.

Rode from Llangollen to llangela forest and a few extra hillyy miles around there. Views were just amazing and I hadn't counted on it being so hot so I now have stripey sunburn. Stopped at a rather odd but lovely pub for a pint and on the final last descent I wore through my brake pads. First time I've ever done that but haven't had my bike serviced since got back from morzine in July. ๐Ÿ˜†

We had a brilliant long weekend in the Quantocks with truly superb riding and guiding (Thanks, Rob & Vicky!). It was all excellent but highlights were Weacombe and Smiths Combe. Wish I was still there.
