Just out of curiosity.

I've just tucked into a couple of home-made sarnies....roast beef on one and a ham salad on the other both brown bread. About to demolish a lovely cake because it's a birthday.

What are you having? What would you have if you were watching the lbs?

Yes - I am bored ๐Ÿ˜‰

Some bulgur wheat with tuna, hulled sunflower seeds, kalanji onion seeds, tomato, cucumber and peppers (with a little olive oil mixed in) along side some grated carrot and white cabbage.

Dead tasty and all made by me!

Just back from town. Cheddar, stilton and apple salad sarnie on white and a slice of lemon bakewell. Cup of water and I'll make a brew in a minute.

not watching the lbs, or even the LBS, so I'm going to the Counting House for a pie and a pint or two. Not sure what pie yet, but reckon a pint of Discovery will slip down nicely.

I'm about to have some cheese and crumpets, but that's at home ๐Ÿ˜›

At the "office" tends to be something like flapjack, and a sandwich or leftovers

sandwich shop is closed until 13:45 and I have a meeting at 14:00, so it's an emergency pot noodle from the co-op for me. Bah!

Usually 2 rounds of sandwiches on Granary Bread, Ham & Cheese or Corned Beef and Cheese usually, 2 packets of crisps and a banana or mars bar.

If I go to Marks I'll get some Grapes and Apple slices for the afternoon.

Wensleydale, ham and pickle sandwiches on white, made by me this morning.

Now I have seen a picture of Greggs, I may have to nip in for some warm sausage rolls...

Binners - thats one of my usual haunts on a lunchtime. Tuna crunch baguette, sausage roll and a belgian bun.

Went to the posh shop for a change today and I can confirm, lemon bakewell tart is the best thing ever!

Generous glug of oil and balsamic vinegar and about 5 minutes worth of black pepper.

Followed by yoghurt and an apple.

There's some reet gay lunches on here

Cous-cous, spinach, rocket, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, cucumber, coleslaw, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins and some other dried fruit (no idea what they're called)

Generous glug of oil and balsamic vinegar and about 5 minutes worth of black pepper.

Followed by yoghurt and an apple.

If someone put that down in front of me and told me it was 'lunch', I'd punch them

I always have a Tupperware box of salad what I prepare the night before.
Followed by a orange and a Activa yogurt (Fig is my fave, followed by pineapple).
Just started getting those Graze boxes, so some bird seed* to nibble throughout the day.

(*delicious, nutritious nibbles, really)

Baked potatoe with egg mayo followed by sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and custard (was previously rated as the best thing I'd ever had in my work canteen but was way below par today).

A tin of Heinz oxtail soup and 2 x toast with low fat cheese spread on it.

That more like it binners?

Is this the poshest branch of Greggs?

Tootal had it spot on. Cheese and onion pasty in one hand, sausage roll in the other. Its a taste sensation. Its also a calorie sensation, but I'm a growing (or is that expanding?) lad

Sure you don't want to swap Haze? ๐Ÿ˜‰

I feel duty bound to report my latest pie-based discovery too. Kro Bar in Manchester now do a steak and ale pie cooked in one of these

[img] [/img]

A gert big stein full of beef, veg and ale with a pastry top and a big stack of chips. Mahoosive and fab. You know you want one ๐Ÿ˜€

Baked potato with a forkful of cottage cheese. Salad + some chickpeas.

Pretty tasteless, but low fat, low GI and the diet seems to be working.

Going to start making my own salads next week. Some nice recipes up there^^^.

Adding some chopped chives transforms cottage cheese, very easy to grow.

In the same way, a portion of chips and gravy transforms a salad
