Sorry for the bad photos.
Anyone got an idea what this is? Looks like some kind of wasp, but can't say I have ever seen one that looks like this before.

Ah yes, the wasp itself is harmless, however the parasitic larvae it lays within the host brain is invariably fatal.Deadly.
