What it says, really...
The usual suspects (UPS/FedEx/DHL) get stuff out there in 48 hours, anyone know of any quicker way? Realistically the fastest is going to be an effective 24 hours, due to travel time + time difference.
Donkey's years ago students used to get cheap flights by hand carrying documents and small parcels on behalf of companies - does this still exist?

Yes you can still get 'carry on couriers' we sent 6 people to the US this onth. Not cheap though.
