Our oil boiler getting a bit tired and now pondering changing soon.
Anyone know where I can get some up to date stats to answer my question above.

Energy saving trust website may have some info for you.
Having said that, Heat pumps ( Air or Ground source) they are best matched with underfloor heating but after the initial outlay it's free heat

Mains gas is always the cheapest.
LPG is almost always the most expensive.
We're on LPG ๐ and wood ๐
Electricity is more expensive than gas and there's more to do than just replacing a boiler

not true, they require energy to drive the compressors, usualy you get twice as much out as you put in, so effectively make 'lecy the same price as gas.
