To be positive for a bit. What are the small things that make your life better. I'll start:

Monster Munch (roast Beef obviously).
Cheese on toast with Worcester sauce.
Drinking cold beer in the sunshine.
The Belmont Descent when its dry and dusty.
Rudie Bumps with the missus in the morning.
opening a fresh delivery from CRC.
Playing Primal Scream - Xterminator at life-threatening volume when I'm in on my own.
Abusing Hora (preferably with sticks)

your nominations please.......

I'd like to take a moment here to claim a certain amount of responsibility for the new old size monster munch which my 18 month email campaign apparently had a lot to do with...

Victory over corn snack oppression!

Villa party in Bali in 2002, sitting around a pool, watching the sun come up after a huge and messy night with great mates and sexy girls. My pal Dan the DJ brought his decks, that party went on for 2 days and was

the best thing in the world.....ever.

It's hard to match PP's CAKE answer. Why cake is even better than Sky+, and that's saying something! Ooh what about Jeff Stelling 3pm every Saturday on SkySportsNews...?

-long days out on the bike
-comfort food (yorkshire puds, filled with sausage, mash and gravy for me)
-a good real ale
-friends
-impromptu naughty 'school nights' in the pub.
-that weird coincidence of thinking of a tune and the radio station playing it.
-bedroom naughtiness (sadly lacking at the moment )

Aside from all the obvious above, there is one I'd like to put forward that I can't believe no one has mentioned yet...

...a really good fart! Can't be beaten sometimes for providing both mirth and satisfaction.

Probably not a good one for combining with some of the other suggestions, unless that's "your thing".

A bright clear sunny day in the middle of winter when you are out on your bike and realise that it was worth being born for this one day, when the only time that exists is now.
