I've always wanted to cycle to Spain and get the ferry back. I know its achievable but I have never got my arse or leave in gear to do it.

Unachievable
Would probably involve a large yacht and sailing around the med ๐Ÿ™‚

Probably all just a dream but i'd like to (in no specific order)
Renovate a listed building/build my house from a plot of land
Have my own veg garden/chickens and be as self sustaining as possible
Live abroad
Cycle/tour/run round the world/to various destinations (my grandpa has sailed round the world several times and i fancy the idea of sailing combined with touring/running)
Re-train as a physio/massage therapist/personal trainrer
Become a yoga teacher and teach yoga somewhere for a while/go on a year long yoga retreat
Ride the TdF etape
Run a sub 3 hour marathon

Probably achievable -

make this my full time job by next winter and make enough money to have asummer holiday next year, maybe doing that tandem trip to Dutchland with the wife we have been talking about for a few years.

Proper dream - Tigers one sounds about right, then ride the divide, get a paramotor AND have the time to fly it.
be financially secure enough to give my car to a garage when it goes wrong rather than having to do it myself.Bored of grubby ball joints and things now.

i'd also like to visit every MBA bothy in Scotland and make sure they have enough cash to keep them in good order. I've only visited a few but I am amazed at the locations and the quality of some of them. I love thinking about the history some of these wee places must have witnessed.

I'd buy a big old ramshackle house, do it up in a simple style and let homeless people stay there for free. Then do a few more.

I'd build my own house somewhere, with an effing great big workshop and learn how to restore old cars: Minis, VWs etc. I could afford to screw up the welding! One would be a bay window WV Camper and I'd put a bloody great big aircooled engine in it, tune the nuts off it, then go touring wherever I felt like.

I'd open a cafe and do the best breakfasts and lunches in the country, just to show people how it's done. And I'd pay the staff very well.

i'd tour the Scottish coast, looking for the perfect seaside cottage.

I know a fairly remote island which where there are 3 or 4 derilict cottages. They are on a cliff with views of other cliffs, a light house and a bay frequented by whales and dolphins. Do them up, fit conservatories, keep one and let the rest as holiday cottages. 3 or 4 miles up a dirt track, 2 ferry rides from the mainland

I'd do the traditional boat building course at the national boat-building academy in Lyme Regis.

Then buy a smallholding near the sea and mountains. And build boats. Slowly.

Build my own house on my own land, overlooking a nice landscape involving a loch / sea , overlooked by no-one, having the horses in a field outside.

Build my own road frame.

Stick a Jag V12 in a land rover defender / RR classic

Chill out, relax and just enjoy life.

Just ticked one:
just finishing building my own house, all on my tod. Its a beauty, green oak frame and big thick hemp walls, in a nice quiet part of cornwall, overlooking the sea (sounds amazing now im writing it, you kind of forget!) It is a bitch though, especially on your own and not the dream you may think it would be. Still id do it all again tomorrow without a second thought.
and the next:
Rent the shiny new house out and find a real cheap wreck in the Pyrenees to play around with for a year or two.
and the big dream:
to finish the place in the mountains and then never have to work again, bumming around between the pyrenees and cornwall, with some wealthy benefactor providing me with a comfy income, for going out to play every day!

You too.

Frankly, I've not fully got over Beagle-2. Outlandish as it sounds, I think there is a very good chance that I will get to help develop a decent and successful mission to Mars that finds the evidence of life there. I need to do this to give meaning to my previous attempt.

Seems like I've been living the dream. I built my dream house. I have a job that continues to inspire and motivate me. I have a awesome garage. I've restored vintage and classic cars, travelled widely and am pretty content. I'm going to ride across the States in June.

The OP requested fantasy dream projects. I'd like to set up an arts and trail centre in rural Oregon. Possibly around Oakridge. A hub style cafe and studio where arty bikey folks could hang out.

Oakridge, because its within a half hour ride of the McCredie hot springs

'Just' to have a small apartment in southern Tuscany (one day maybe), ride day in day out when I wanted (probably never) and build this stitch and glue canoe I have plans/materials for (this summer, hopefully!).

If I suddenly became blessed in hands on engineering and craftsmanship:

build a house

build a bike (weld and all) and restore a TVR, Lancia or Lotus
