To give a totally cirrus answer, it's either cirrus vertebratus or cirrus fibratus.

Yeah, probably vertebratus, with a few contrails thrown in.
Lots of different species, that's the most likely.

Whilst looking up at clouds similar to those in your picture a Cornish fisherman told me theres rain coming as the clouds look like fishes scales and whales tails. So get your pacamac ready.
