What are the tracks like at Fly-up 416 once they have had some rain on. Me and the missus fancy a go, but wondering if they are a slippery muddy mess. I know the soil on that side of the Cotswolds can be very clay/mud like once wet.
Dont mind some splashy puddles, but dont fancy balloon sized tyres and the bike gaining 20kg on the way down. I dont want the experice to put the missus off on her first go at an uplift.
All the trails are fine in the wet except the black, that is exactly the muddy wheel stopping mess you describe unless it has changed during lockdown
Ah, good to know. Thanks.
Is that just down the road from 417?
Rain is OK .. if it freezes and thaws it's PITA.
Sorry.. in a rush. There are reasons...
