Wolf Blass Aussie Chardonnay
I'm not usually a white guy, but I needed a glass to cook our Xmas sea bass in. So 2010 chardonnay it is/was!
Half way through a terrific case of claret I bought in Moulis Medoc last August. Fizz is still in the fridge where I suspect it will stay until NYE.
