Just about to take them out of my Sloe gin and vodka and was wondering if there was anything I should to with the left over Sloes?

Eat em. After a few months of being in gin and vodka they'll be lovely for a nice bit of alcohol poisoning.

Or you could make Jam.

Pissed pigeons would be funny though.....

I usually leave them in the gin till christmas, then decant.

Then every year I decide to do chocolate coated sloes, leave them to one side and throw them away in march ๐Ÿ™

Pigeons aren't getting a look in. Squirrels are going mad for them. 7 in the garden at the moment!!

You definitely need to post a Youtube video of pissed squirrels... could well make you famous! Or infamous... one or the other ๐Ÿ˜†

They seem to be mainly burying them at the moment. haven't actually seen too many being eaten. Looks like we will have a load of Sloe Gin trees in the spring

Buy a gallon of scrumpy cider.

Drink some.

Put the gin-soaked sloes in cider.

Leave for a few days somewhere cool but check for a build up of pressure and release as required.

Drink the 'slider' you made and enjoy it lots.

Fall over and sleeeeeeep.
