Aye - That ME one looks a much better bet. Better fill AND a DWR shell.
I'm another ME Dewline owner, I just use it for UK Winter and summer Alps bivis, but with a lightweight duvet jacket (the ME dewline duvet jacket as it happens). For £100 and light weight, I would probably also say look at the Alpkit stuff, but they maybe don't have the features and tech materials of more expensive bags. My ME Dewline was priced more around the £160 mark in it's day, but it was full of tech features and the most expensive down fill to get to 700gms with a -7 rating .(ME also used to claim they were more realistic with their comfort ratings).
I've got the Alpkit, bought for the OMM, very light and warm.
Buy em both 😉
Well had to send the Alpkit one back, really wanted to keep 'em both but seen as some scrotes nicked my bike I'm gonna need any spare cash.
The Alpkit is less bulky by far, but I have a summer bag so the ME one fits that all round role better.
I was going to say that the alpkit would probably pack smaller and weigh a pound less, you could have added a silk liner and you would have been fine.
Anyone tried a Hennessy Hammock?
Maybe get some of this stuff for under your inflatable mat?
