Oooh one of my favourite things in the world. I live outside the UK so miss BBC radio a lot.
Favourites:
Friday evening comedy from radio4 (The news quiz etc)
Mark Kermode film reviews with Simon Mayo
Simon Mayo book reviews
Prarie home companion - News from Lake Woebegon (American NPR)
Excess Baggage - Radio 4
The Spokesmen (US bike industry chat)
Jonathon Ross Radio 2 (gone off it a lot but still subscribe for times of need)
There are others, but I often don't listen to them

Another one for the Friday evening R4 comedy slot.
Also the Archers (young fogey alert!).

I listened to the Frankie Boyle one the other day. It was pretty patchy in the quality of the material. It was basically him trying out jokes/lines prior to appearing on Mock the Week. Lots of unnecessary effing, and I'm not averse to the worst of language.
