I chose a piano
I survived wagamama
I unbroke one script.*
* well, I unbroke another, but then seem to have broken it in an entirely new way, so I'm claiming a sum total of one proper unbreakage
I painted 2 meerkats, 2 squrells and a south African oryx.
Twinw4ll is Mrs yunki and I claim my £2
And I've asked you before to stop referring to me as your wife, it's embarrassing.. Oh and FYI, I faked it
Fixed a load of bikes, including one for and attractive young student lady, who said, I can only presume in some sort of gratitude, that I was "a babe".
She also assured me that my movember 'tache didn't make me look like a paedophile.
APF
Downed 9/10 of a pint of 7% stout as it wasn't very nice, well it was ok for 1/10th, but it should've been served with a spoon, didn't want to pour it away

I sorted the brakes on the commuter I bought off Pop Larkin of this parish so they are less suicidal 🙂
Oh I remembered to put the bins out too.
Early night for me, I'm shattered
Survived my first full solo day of baby wrangling and confused myself about what full-sus frame to get...
Cleaned, or attempted to clean, my car for the first time in ages. 4hrs later and it still looks dirty. Bl88dy black cars........ 😉
Got through the first day in my awesome new job without messing up or pissing anyone off. And set up my avid keyboard layout so I can edit ninja-fast. Plus I got free biscuits. They were only rich tea though.
I helped prove the provenience of pottery clay used in Iron Age pottery by matching microfossils from the disaggregated pots and some local till member.
Pretty productive.
Staying alive ...
Ah ah ah ah, staying alive
Updating my achievement to having laid ALL of the remaining tiles for my ball-ache of a natural slate kitchen floor. Let the grouting commence!
I have just lit a fire using the end of a toilet roll & the toilet roll middle. I'm feeling pretty manly right now.
Successfully haggled on new bike, bought it home pulled it apart, set the wheels up tubeless, waiting for stuff to arrive tomorrow so I can rebuild it and then go and lead for the weekend in North Wales 😀
Went to Ebbw Vale 😕
Solved some website problems. Wrote some stuff for a project I don't know about and got money from w slow paying clients to pay for my new Canyon.
Day full o' win.

Went up this...nice bimble.
Cleared a reluctant foul drain 🙂
Also achieved an even splattering of shite from top to toe 🙁
I sorted the brakes on the commuter I bought off Pop Larkin of this parish so they are less suicidal
Is that parish called Benson? And does Pop have a Cotic tattoo?
I escaped from a sports bag.
I finished all my Christmas shopping.
Myself and my work colleague have successfully killed the Vodafone coverage for Keswick, sorry!
I have just finished my 3 day first aid course. I passed but then failure wasn't really made possible!
Looking at it positively, I hope that if anyone needs CPR when i'm out riding with them - then i will now be better equipped to deal with it!
Submitted job application on final day; might not sound an achievement, but it bloody has been.
*prepares to get sifted out*
EDIT: ..and parked any selfish profiteering for a moment to sell a pair of mint Mavic SLRs with new RR evos for £250 to a neighbour, 'cos he's a nice fella.
Done most of our Christmas shopping and work:life balance just took a good nudge in the correct direction 🙂
barreled 28 casks of lovely beer at work, and pulled down a plaster lath ceiling at home. all bagged up and put outside, swept and hoovered. now enjoying a pint...or 3...
Finally properly bled front brake. Shame about the fluid I got on the pads, mind. Score draw.
Seeing as "today" in the title was yesterday, I helped build a bridge over a ditch on a nature reserve in Yorkshire.
But today "today" I did Christmas shopping with the missis (points in the bag)
Did approx 35 miles on the Chase today which is not too shabby considering its only 26 sq miles. Did all the official trails - some bits twice - and some off piste all linked together in a super flowy kind of way it all just fell into place. Great conditions for the time of year just really happy to be out there enjoying it.
Fuel pump on the missus' car. It stopped on her on the way back from walking the dog. 100 quid for the pump 🙁 about an hour or so to fit it.
Tartiflette
Just back from a meal with a couple of people whose family regularly appears on those 'Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' programmes.
I also made a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cake.
It was delicious.
sent out a 10,000 word proposal for €1m project that we have no chance of winning...
Spent all of my "free money" on some shoes for er indoors.
Now on strict rations of petrol&baccy till the end of the month!
