I need something with a good speaker phone and possibly a 2.5mm headphone socket - any recommendations?

I'm looking at an Avaya 4621 SW IP right now that does most of thet. No 3.5mm jack (you need an RJ11-type headset connector thingy) but it's got "shouty" handsfree and is generally a good phone.
You might need a proper PBX to use it though, so it might be out for home use.
