Recent has been shit and has loads of bits ion the coffee when drunk 🙁
What am i doing wrong or is their a specific coffee for a bialetti?

grinds are too fine for the filter you're using is my guess

This may sound a bit "wrong" but finding Sainsbury "Continental" blend (in a purple packet) goes brilliantly in my Bialetti. Correct blend, lovely flavour.
The "wrong" coffee is a total disaster and worse than anything out of a cafetiere IMO.

what are you currently using? lavazza should work fine
