Clubs? Well, Liverpool FC have an almost unparalled history in British football, but their modern sides have failed to meet the weight of expectations heaped upon them by a fervid international fan base.

Everton FC although more modest in their success are also trying to bring back some of their 80's glory years. They tend to see themselves as the true Scouser's club.

Both clubs had good years last year but have made pretty mediocre starts to this campaign.

Cavern Club, despite not being the original and I daresay something of a tourist attraction, was good craic when I went there. Bootleg Beatles were playing as I think they do each week.

Depends what sort of thing you want, how many of you & what sort of age range??..

The Quad was bulldozed years ago & as far as i know Cream only opens for specific events.

As loddrick said Garlands is prob your best bet, Peacock & Alma De Cuba are good for a drink & they're open late..

Avoid Playground, it's like a scouse version of Zoolander..

Cheers for the suggestions.

Went in the cavern club last night, had an old crooner on, he was very impressive. Nights very blurry though!

Hoping to make some shapes tonight...
