I went and registared last night and they were playing the theme tune music (the one you hear on the BBC highlights) it got me super excited!!

1)I'm waiting for the washing machine to finish it's (never ending) cycle so I can put the last load in.. Boring eh.
2)A phone call with some good news.
3)I was waiting for the sun to come out, and it has, which means I'm off out on my roadie to kill my legs off again (trails are still like glasto from yesterdays monsoon)
4)MrsBouy turns up later, she'll expect supper so I've got to go and get just one more thing for that.

For my appointment with the hand specialist to come through so I can find out how much longer it's going to be before my right hand works properly again.
For the sun to come up on Saturday morning to get in a long run over a few peaks in the Lakes ahead of the 3 peaks fell race next week.
* I think I have left it a bit late to have much effect on my performance but mrs Surfer doesnt know that!!
